The platform trains employees through interactive 3D simulations where they face realistic cyberattack scenarios and make decisions under pressure. A phishing email lands in their simulated inbox and they choose how to handle it. A caller impersonates IT support and asks for credentials. A USB drive appears near the office entrance. Each simulation branches based on their choices and shows them exactly what an attacker would have done with that mistake. Every scenario is modeled on documented attack patterns from real breaches. When an employee gets fooled and watches the breach unfold, that memory sticks far longer than any quiz answer. Training covers phishing, spear-phishing, business email compromise, social engineering across phone, chat, and in-person channels, data handling, password security, physical security, and incident reporting. Multiple difficulty levels per topic. Gamification with points, badges, and leaderboards turns compliance obligations into something employees engage with. Security teams get performance analytics showing which departments are strong and which need attention.
