Teams revisit the same discussions, frustration builds, and progress stalls. DecTrack solves this by giving teams a dedicated space for structured decision-making. Instead of scattered conversations, every decision follows a clear process from start to finish. How it works: A team member creates a decision and defines the available options. Each option can be enriched with pros/cons, SWOT analysis, scenario planning, or weighted scoring matrices to give the team a solid basis for evaluation. Then the team votes together using flexible voting modes that fit the situation. For critical decisions, an optional approver can review and finalize the outcome. Everything is documented automatically with full context. The result: months later, anyone on the team can look up exactly what was decided, what alternatives were considered, who participated, and what the reasoning was. DecTrack is built for startups, project teams, and growing organizations where decisions happen fast but still need to be transparent and traceable. Teams are organized through projects and groups, with role-based permissions controlling who can create, vote, or finalize decisions.
