All in one SaaS.
I'm building Abol now. Abol is going to be the first SaaS platform, designed specifically for dental clinics in Africa, fully automating paperwork and avoiding walk-in chaos. Dental clinics here in Africa still rely on paperwork to manage operations. The software saves them energy, time and money, with offline functionality for low internet connectivity areas. Within the scope of one month, I validated demand with 7 clinics already, waiting to try out the MVP. The first version of the software would include features like: Patient can register from home and get a digital card, They can check-in at the receptionist using that digital card when they arrive to the clinic, Then they can track the queue and see who is next using TV based or web based queue list, Doctors can track patients medical info and edit the treatment plan when needed and they can also set reminders in order to avoid patients from missing appointed days which is a big problem here too. The ultimate goal is to avoid waiting lines 100%. So once people get used to the software, we will eventually give them option to join the queue from home and come to the clinic only when it's turn. In the later versions (or maybe as a premium version), I plan to integrate AI to simplify everything: Facial recognition or Ai-based QR code to instantly identify walkins without card, auto-summarized medical history, smart queue notifications, predictive no-show alerts, and upsell suggestions like whitening or braces based on patient behavior.
